Life as a King

As a King.

X % of people want you to rule.

X % of people want your head.

It is impossible, no matter how perfect of a king you are, to rule over a kingdom which doesn't contain a contingent of people who want to kill you.

Influence comes with a target painted on your back.

Etched into every action is an equal and opposite reaction of murderous intent.

Of snides and negative thoughts.

Every time you do anything, somebody will sit around the dinner table and complain about it.

Somebody will want you gone.

If nobody is planning to kill you, you have no power.

If nobody is hoping you lose everything you love

You simply do not matter.

If you aspire to move the world you must understand that humans have an evil streak.

That people will pray for the deaths of your children, simply because they know your name.

Ask and prepare yourself,

Do you really want power

Will the good you do with it outweigh the mountains of negative energy

Acting correctly with power is important because those who support you need good reason to do so.

And the karmic realm is racking up your good deeds against the negative ambitions of thousands, perhaps millions...

Of course, you could not aim for power at all.

But then another man decides how your world moves.

Another man decides how your children will act,

Another man decides what car you drive,

And you need to ask yourself if you can live that way.
