At the end of the day, diamonds are made up of the same stuff as coal.

You and I are made of the same stuff, we're MEN -

Marble that's still being sculpted.

More calibrated and precise.

You read these emails because I am a version of you.

I am a version of you in the mirror.

The one who never gave up.

The one who followed his dreams and never gave in to the social pressure to be the same as everyone else.

The one who beat all the odds and statistics.

You may not want to be me.

You may not want to be a carbon copy, exact replica.

Maybe you wanted to be the 4x world champion swimmer.

Maybe you wanted to become the industrial titan of Computer Software.

But one thing for sure is you KNOW you could have been better than what you are now.

That is why you are reading this.

This is why I write to you.

Because you can still become everything you've ever wanted to be.

You can still chip away at the marble.

You can still self-inflict true HARDSHIP and PRESSURE,

Withstand all odds and become the Diamond.

You still have time to become the Top G you've always wanted to be.
